The Heritage Architecture Foundation is a registered public charitable trust dedicated to the systematic surveying, documentation and safeguarding of India's historic built environment. These Terms of Use govern public access to our websites, digital repositories, measured drawings, photographic archives and research publications.
2. Intellectual Property and Creative Commons License
All measured architectural drawings, CAD files, ortho-rectified photographic records, 3D point clouds and written surveys published on this website are original intellectual property of the Heritage Architecture Foundation unless otherwise attributed.
Educational and Non-Commercial Research License:
Materials in our public repository are made available for non-commercial study, scholarly research, teaching and conservation advocacy. You may quote, reference and reproduce extracts provided you cite the Accession ID and survey team.
Commercial reproduction, unlicensed redistribution in paid databases or bulk automated scraping without explicit written authorization from the Board of Trustees is strictly prohibited.
3. Academic Citation Standards
When citing survey records or monograph articles from the Foundation, please format your citation as follows:

4. Disclaimer on Structural Integrity and Site Visits
Our drawings and field notes document buildings as observed during specific surveying campaigns. They do not constitute structural engineering certifications, building permits or assurances of safety. Visitors exploring historic structures do so entirely at their own risk and must respect property boundaries and local regulations.
5. Heritage Walks and Event Participation
Registration for educational walking tours and community field studies is subject to capacity limits. Participants are expected to follow walk leaders' safety instructions, respect working temple protocols and avoid entering restricted archaeological zones.
